About the project
The industrial hall of more than 10 000 m2 was built with a steel lattice girder structure on prefabricated reinforced concrete piers. The roofing is made of high ribbed steel trapezoidal plates. The slabs of the social part of the building were constructed with precast reinforced concrete slabs.
The first and still largest industrial investor in Pécs was the Finnish company ELCOTEQ.
